ACCESS-
IBILITY
We want everyone to be able to find a great happy hour.

Our Commitment
Golden Hour is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continually work to improve the experience for everyone who visits the site.
What We Do
We design and build Golden Hour with accessibility in mind, including:
• Semantic, structured HTML so screen readers can navigate the content.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, filters, and voting controls.
• Descriptive labels on interactive elements such as vote and share buttons.
• Color choices and text sizing intended to support readable contrast.
• A responsive layout that works across phones, tablets, and desktops.
Known Limitations
Some parts of the site rely on third-party tools — such as the interactive Mapbox map and advertising — whose accessibility we don't fully control. If you have trouble with any of these, the same happy hour information is available in the main list, which is built to be accessible.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task. We regularly review the site and make improvements as we find opportunities to do better.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Golden Hour, we want to know. Please tell us through our contact page and describe the issue and the page where you found it — your feedback helps us improve.
