Golden Hour ("we," "us," or "the site") is a free guide to happy hour deals in St Petersburg, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site and how it is used. The site is intended for adults of legal drinking age.

We do not require an account to use Golden Hour. We only receive information you choose to send us:

Deal submissions.When you submit a happy hour through our form, we store the details you enter (restaurant name, days, hours, and the special). Please don't include personal information in these fields.

Contact messages. If you reach out to us, we receive whatever you include in your message.

Votes. You can upvote or downvote deals without signing in. Votes are stored as anonymous tallies and are not linked to your identity.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymized traffic patterns (such as which pages are popular). It is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not build advertising profiles of visitors.

Maps. Our map is powered by Mapbox. When the map loads, Mapbox may receive technical information (such as your IP address and device data) as described in the Mapbox privacy policy.

Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel and its data is stored with Supabase, which may process standard technical request information to operate and secure the service.

We display ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to Golden Hour and/or other sites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.

We use the information above to operate and improve the site, review and publish submitted deals, display community votes, show relevant advertising, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Golden Hour relies on third-party providers that have their own privacy practices: Google AdSense (advertising), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), and Mapbox (maps). We encourage you to review their policies to understand how they handle data.

Golden Hour features content about alcohol and is intended for adults of legal drinking age. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the legal drinking age.
